Barney Frank confronts woman at town hall comparing Obama to Hitler.

Can I rant a little bit? Maybe just ramble.  How about a meander through some dialog in my head. After all, this is a blog, my personal thoughts, and this is America, land of the free, home of the brave. Land of the BIll of Rights (which during our last administration, which was more like Hitler and Musolini [see: fascism]). I was walking down the road the other day and noticed three very different examples of the Bill of Rights being expressed: Freedom of Religion Freedom to Assemble and Freedom of Speech.  What was happening?  Self-righteous citizens were picketing outside of an empty Scientology center.

This woman’s clear and brainless “questions” about Obama’s healthcare are very scary. People actually think that because the government is trying to improve our lives (I mean, come on, the healthcare does need reform look up, and past Obama’s take on, Canadian healthcare.  In Canada it’s actually cheaper for the government to run a nationwide healthcare, although it’s not without it’s problems. The healthcare system that Obama’s administration is trying to implement two systems (sound familiar?) so that people have a choice.

All this town hall bullshit is starting to get really annoying.  The wrong people are getting to take the mic and spread stupid, pointless propaganda that they’ve been fed. I’m glad that Rep. Frank actually saw this and told this lady to shut up.

Following this US healthcare fiasco from Europe is, sometimes, a terrifying thing.
