Endeavour launched this morning around 4am after being delayed last night, and will probably be the last nighttime shuttle launch ever. Part of its mission is delivering the Cupola module to the International Space Station, which will have the biggest windows ever put into space (up until now the astronauts have only be able to peek through little portholes). One tiny step closer to the transparent sphere spaceship from The Fountain.
